Be part of a COLLABORATIVE ART POSTER in support of the 20th Annual Project Backpack Campaign.
We’re inviting artists of all styles and backgrounds to contribute original works to our upcoming collaborative PBP20 poster. Whether you sketch, paint, design or doodle – your art could be selected and featured as part of this inspiring community project!

Submissions close at 11:59PM (PST). We’ll contact artists whose work is selected after the deadline via email.

CHARITY ART CONTEST RULES:
1. Eligibility
The contest is open to individuals aged 11-24, residing in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
2. Originality and Copyright
All entries must be original works created solely by the entrant.
Artwork must not infringe upon any third-party copyrights or trademarks.
Plagiarized or AI-generated works will be disqualified.
3. Submission Guidelines
Acceptable digitized media: painting, drawing, original digital art.
Digital submission must be in JPG, PNG or PDF formats, atleast 300 DPI and not exceed 10MB.
Each entrant may submit up to 1 piece.
Entries must be submitted via email by June 30, 2025 11:59PM PST.
Each submission must include artist’s name, age, contact information and a brief description of the artwork.
4. Theme
Artwork must reflect the contest theme: Project Backpack, items that are put into packs, street scenes.
Entries not aligned with the theme may be disqualified.
5. Usage Rights
By entering, participants grant H.E.L.P. for Youth Canada Society & Project Backpack the right to use, reproduce and display artwork in printed and online materials, including for promotional and fundraising purposes, without further compensation.
Artists retain copyright to their work but agree to the above usage rights.
Artwork will not be altered without the artist’s permission.
6. Awards And Notification
Winners will be announced after June 30, 2025 via email.
Prizes will be awarded.
7. General Terms
The organizers reserve the right to reject entries that do not meet the quality, eligibility or appropriateness standards.
Offensive or inappropriate content will not be considered.
By submitting, entrants agree to abide by all contest rules and decisions, which are final.
